That actually sounds really good! What you've got there is quite comprehensive and a good outline of your first arc. It's always nice to plan ahead on such things, especially when it comes to your first arc. I like how Kai defeats the big bad, not Sannoto. It gives a good change to things, y'know? Overall, I can't wait to see everyone and how they turn out.

Well from what I can see, Sannoto's zanpakutou is quite nice. The shikai state is intriguing, and its actual ability is quite powerful. However; with that power there are some crippling weaknesses, most prominently the lack of defense and lack of control, thus making it difficult to isolate his attacks on an enemy. I'm imagining Sannoto doesn't release his zanpakutou all that often? Also, I think you could make the vibrations form through the constant collision of reishi particles on the blade itself, kind of like how your voice box produces sound, y'know? What I tried to do with the Zanjutsu Forms I developed was to create something that, while usable by other users for their characters, serves mostly as a guide to how they fight. My Kusaka Kori for instance? He favors Form II, meaning he prefers being in your face with power-attacks designed to tire his opposition or smash through their defenses instead of chipping away at them like, say, my Kentaro might with constant offensive marches. I deliberately avoided adding specific techniques to Form I through III (except those used by individual characters), simply because the pages are merely guides; with descriptions of the practitioners of the Form itself to help the reader envision it. It's a system that worked for me, at any rate. I do recommend that you research some traditional Kenjutsu styles (if you haven't already), though it's ultimately up to you if you wanna develop something that doesn't draw from real-life martial arts.
