Mikado Ryūgamine (竜ヶ峰 帝人 Ryugamine Mikado) was a young Visored runaway from the esteemed Takuji Clan, and is currently employed in the D.C.O under Hana Yūgure . He is a supporting character in Bleach: The War of Four and Bleach: The Cauldron of Black.
Appearance[]
Mikado is a young man of average build, appearing to be in his early to mid teens. His most distinctive feature is his messy white hair, which is always unkempt and extends down to his lower jawline. Matching his Spiritual Pressure, Mikado also has dull blue eyes that can brighten when his Resolve strengthens. His usual Gigai attire consists of a hooded white jacket, a white t-shirt, torn bluejeans, two black belts and a pair of white boots.
Mikado's Shinigami attire is a variation of the standard Seated-Robes, bearing no sleeves and having a deep blue interior. He also wears boots as opposed to sandals, and over this, he wears a hooded black robe. Across his body are various blue and silver armor pieces, similar to the Fullbring remnants wore by Ichigo Kurosaki after the latter regained his powers.
When he was younger, Mikado's hair was much shorter and somewhat more spikey. His eyes were also noted to be much brighter before he aged.
Personality[]
When initially introduced to the series, Mikado carried a very no nonsense and blunt attitude about him. He appeared to be very confident in his own abilities and often dismissed those of his enemies. His actions reflected his abrasive nature in that he chose to often resort to violence instead of approaching them in a diplomatic way, which more often than not led to him getting into serious trouble with all sides involved. He also appeared to lose his temper or his composure when his family is mentioned, and his resolve was heavily shaken when Yhwach revealed that he was the reincarnation of Ichigo Kurosaki. After joining the D.C.O, however, he appears to have learned to control himself better and has become a valued operative within their ranks. How he feels about his reincarnation is unknown currently.
