Konsōhito (魂葬人, one who buries souls) is a zanpakutō-like device on the process of development by Sōsaku Yawarakai, designed to control the workings of Konsō, no matter by who or on whom performed. Not only would it let Sōsaku decide upon the destination of the souls, it is presumed he could also control the location of the plus if they end up in Soul Society, allowing him to carefully map out what kind of life every new soul will lead. should this device be fully operational once, it would allow Sōsaku to practically govern the whole of Soul Society by himself.
