Sorry Bit Confused
Umm sorry can you clear some facts up for me please. Firstly, how can he be both hyper and lazy? Second how could he meet ICHIGO's inner Hollow? I mean Arrancar don't even have Inner Hollows, but no one meets someone elses Inner Hollow unless they find some way to enter that persons mind (unheard of) or the Inner Hollow takes control of the body. And how would that affect him in any way? It's not his Inner Hollow, it shouldn't have any influence on his form or power.
Next is assuming he was Human (or appeared human) originally. He begged Byakuya and Byakuya caved in after pestering. Okay maybe possible, doesn't seem like Byakuya's character but not an impossible event. However how did he keep him there? If Trey was just human Byakuya could use Shunpo or something and easily get away. Secondly, how the hell did he become a Shinigami? Was he a substitute or was his heritage hidden? Also shortly after he became a Captain? Jeez not even Ichigo has had that kind of power advancement in such a short time (assuming when you say shortly you mean it). From human to Captain so quickly just seems absurd so how did he do it?
Next he was a Captain but was mistreated by others? Okay WTF? What kind of idiot mistreats a Captain and what kind of Captain lets the situation get to the point where he/she is mistreated? Next is he Shinigami or Arrancar? I mean he can't be both yet thats what you seem to have set up! Also if he is Arrancar the Shinigami would have never accepted him (considering their traditional view of Arrancar and previous encounters e.g. Arturo Plateado) in the first place! Also as a Captain did he really need to destroy half of seireitei to escape? I mean first off the amount of time and effort that would take is huge and you would have to be a crap shot to miss whatever you were aiming for to cause that kind of damage collaterally!
Well I've managed to turn this into a rant so sorry about that. You may have been planning to fill these points in later but I just wanted to make sure. It's just some of what you've written confused me and I wanted to know more about it (if anything this has made me more interested in your character so kudos to you). Also feel free to rant about anything I've done if you want or if you feel I've been unjust or hypocritical, it's only fair if you endured one of my rants ^^.
